An intensive three-day professional training program designed for installers looking to develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required to install seamless microcement flooring and wall systems.
The course takes participants through the complete installation process — from substrate evaluation and preparation through base coats, decorative finishes, detailing and sealing.
Over three days, participants work directly with the materials, tools and systems used on real projects, developing both the technical understanding and hands-on application skills required to confidently approach residential and commercial installations.
Training covers applications for both floors and walls, including:
Substrate assessment and suitability
Concrete, drywall, cement board and existing surface preparation
Primers and preparation systems
Moisture considerations
Cracks, joints and substrate movement
Reinforcement and base preparation
Mixing and material management
Trowel application techniques
Floor and wall application methods
Wet-area and bathroom applications
Corners, edges, transitions and detailing
Creating consistent decorative finishes
Sanding and surface refinement

This is a practical, shop-based training course with a strong emphasis on hands-on application.
Participants work through the different stages of the system over three days, allowing time to understand coat sequencing, curing, material behavior and finishing techniques while developing their own trowel skills.
Training includes practice on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, providing experience with the different techniques required for floors, walls, corners and architectural details.
This course is designed for professional installers and experienced tradespeople looking to add premium seamless surface systems to their services.
Previous experience with trowel-applied materials, drywall finishing, plaster, stucco, concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, tile setting or similar trades is strongly recommended.
This is a professional trade training program and is not intended as a DIY course.
